A.W. Tozer once wrote, "Thirsty hearts are those whose longings have been awakened by the touch of God within them." The Worship Ministry at Lancaster First Assembly exists so that people can know that touch of God, awakening their hearts to pursue Him with their lives. We want to help people experience God and develop a life of worship. It is our belief that worship is not merely what takes place on weekend services before the sermon; it can happen every day in everything we are doing. As we offer to God the simple moments and activities of each day, we make our very life an offering of worship, allowing His presence to invade our lives. These are holy moments in which we encounter God and feel His heart for the world. As He fills us, it is our desire that the nations see His glory so that all people will bow their hearts and worship our glorious Savior.
Ways you can get involved:
Worship Choir During select Sunday services & Sundays @ 5:00pm Our Worship choir (teens to adults) does seasonal performances and monthly worship leading as a choir. Rehearsals/preparation is held on Sundays from 5:00 - 7:00pm in the Choir Room. We are currently working on Homeland, a Patriotic Musical to be performed on Sunday, June 13.
Worship Team Musician

If you have a musical talent in playing an instrument, then consider serving by playing in one of our weekend services. Auditions can be scheduled by calling Carolyn Majeske.
Worship Team Vocalist
During Sunday services
If you have vocal talent, then consider singing in one of our weekend services. Auditions can be scheduled by calling Carolyn Majeske.
Weekend Sound Team Member
During Sunday services
Join the Sound Team to assist the musicians and vocalists and help set-up and take care of the audio equipment during the weekend services. If interested, please call the Church Office.
Weekend Visual Team Member
During Sunday services
Join the Visual Team to assist the weekend Pastors in connecting to our "family" through many different visual outlets--including lighting, video and much more. If interested, please call the church office.
